God has blessed us into being able to disciple in 3 main ways.

  1. We have a growing team (over 30) that we do life with and disciple individually & as a team. We believe in Spiritual fathers and mothers

  2. God has given grace to disciple leaders and churches

  3. God has also called us to disciple through ordaining & commissioning according to Ephesians 4:11.

God has called us to provide an atmosphere where people can experience God’s presence. We do this through:

  1. Real Love hosts our Conferences

  2. Real Love Ministers at other Ministries Conferences

  3. Joel Reichlin & the Team also minister at local churches and special services

empower: National & international trips

God has called us to minister throughout the USA & in various nations around the world. Our current focus is in South American & Asian Countries. Through this calling we empower the ministries we are sent to serve. We also have teams that we bring with us. The teams consist of people who we are discipling. Joel has a heart to see others have the opportunity to minister to the Body of Christ in Love & Power.
